The living room has sofas and seating for five. There is a flat-screen Freeview television, DVD player, CD player, wireless router for internet connectivity 24/7 and a living flame gas fire.

There is also a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand basin off the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and ample crockery and cutlery.

Stairs from the living room lead up to two double bedrooms, a small bedroom with twin beds and a family bathroom with shower over the bath.

Linen and towels are provided and there is central heating throughout.

Outside, there is a gravelled courtyard with patio table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day’s sightseeing. There is off-road parking for two average-sized cars in front of the house.  The courtyard is shared by the other houses in Battel Mews.
