There is also a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand basin off the living room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and ample crockery and cutlery.
Stairs from the living room lead up to a double bedroom with a king-sized bed and en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower over the bath.
Linen and towels are provided and there is central heating throughout.
Outside, there is a gravelled courtyard with patio table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day’s sightseeing. There is off-road parking for one car. The courtyard
is shared by the owner's other property.
