Inside - off the main hallway - there is a spacious open plan living area including comfortable sofas, a dining area and kitchen. 



The apartment has a Freeview television, DVD player, CD player and wireless router for free internet connectivity 24/7.



There is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a second double bedroom and a family bathroom. There is double sofa bed available in the living room to accommodate a further two guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, ceramic electric hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer dryer, kettle, toaster and ample crockery and cutlery.



The apartment benefits from central heating. Linen and towels are provided.



Children are welcome, although some of the furnishings may not be ideal for toddlers and it may not be suitable because of the apartment’s central location; in an area that can be lively late into the night being close to bars and night clubs. This apartment does have a nightclub behind it that can be noisy well into the small hours.  Please enquire if you are uncertain about suitability.

Imperial Court Four is in a modern apartment block, with one allocated parking space in a gated, secure private car park on the ground floor. Also adjacent there is a well maintained garden for residents’ use. Entry to the block is via entry phone or key code and there are stairs and a lift to the second floor.
