The living room has sofas and seating for five. There is a flat-screen Freeview television, DVD player, CD player and wireless router for internet
connectivity 24/7.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand basin off the living room.
Stairs from the living room lead up to two double bedrooms, plus a third smaller bedroom with a single bed and family bathroom with shower over the bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge (including a small ice box freezer), gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and ample crockery and cutlery.
Linen and towels are provided and there is central heating throughout.
Outside, there is a gravelled courtyard with off-road parking for one car. The courtyard is shared by the two other houses in Battel Mews.
